<p><b>Neue Seite</b></p><div>Beim Baujahr des 1ers kann man sich vorstellen, wie die Stabigummis aussehen. <br />

Das nervige Gepolter an den Achsen bei Bodenwellen oder wenn man mal`nen Bordstein hochfährt, kommt idR. davon.<br />
Das wexeln ist kein Hexenwerk, sollte aber in Ruhe angegangen werden und von vornherein sollte man sich klar sein, das die Hülse mit der Schraube komplett zusammen gerostet ist und man flexen muß!<br />

==Benötigt wird:==<br />

12er und 13er Ratsche, Verlängerung, Gabel- und Ringschlüssel, Kriechöl, 2 (!) Wagenheber, eine Flex mit Trennscheibe und was man so braucht um die Felgen abzuschrauben!<br />

Und natürlich komplett neue Koppelstangen bestehend aus je einer Gewindestange mit Unterlegscheiben, Distanzhülsen und den Gummis.<br />
Optimal wären Edelstahlteile damit man es beim nächsten Wechsel leichter hat.<br />
Sportliche Fahrer haben die Möglichkeit sich statt den schwarzen Gummiteilen PU-Lager zu nehmen.<br />

Bitte '''NICHT''' davon ausgehen das Irgendein Altteil auser evtl. den Unterlegscheiben wieder verwendbar ist!!<br />

Dann hoffen dass die Gewindestange nicht mit der Hülse verknustert ist(mir iss die erste entgegen gefallen, die näxten 3 mußten abgeflext werden..).<br />
Also entweder die Gewindestange aus der Distanzhülse ziehen oder jeweils am unteren Ende der Distanzhülse abflexen.<br />
Danach die Brocken rausziehen.<br />

==Einbau:==<br />

Der Einbau an der Hinter- und an der Vorderachse gestaltet sich ziemlich gleich.<br />
Wichtig ist es die richtige Reihenfolge der einzelnen Teile (Unterlegscheibe, Stabigummi)beizubehalten.<br />
<br />
Die originalen Unterlegscheiben haben so eine Art "Wölbung". Die Scheiben sollten immer so rum gedreht werden, dass die Gummis in der "Wölbung" liegen.<br />
<br />
*1. Auf die Gewindestange wird eine große Scheibe und ein Stabigummi geschoben.<br />
<br />
*2. Die Gewindestange von unten durch den Querlenker schieben und von oben dann das zweite Stabigummi und eine weitere große Scheibe aufstecken. Bei Bedarf (z.B. wenn man erst eine Seite der Stabistangen macht) kann man einen Wagenheber benutzen um der Vorspannung des Stabis entgegenzuwirken.<br />

*3. Dann kommt die Distanzhülse drüber.<br />

*4. Auf die Distanzhülse kommt die dritte große Scheibe gefolgt vom dritten Stabigummi.<br />
<br />
*5. Das ganze Gebilde steckt man dann durch den Stabi.<br />
<br />
*6. Von oben auf den Stabi steckt man dann das vierte Stabigummi gefolgt von der vierten großen Scheibe und den beiden Muttern.<br />
<br />
*7. Alles soweit zusammenschrauben, bis ca. 2 cm Gewinde über die Muttern steht. Gut kontern.<br />
